Montana judge approves teaching sex confusion, strikes down law that defines sex as male and female

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Last Tuesday, Montana District Court Judge Shane Vannatta struck down a law defining “sex” as only male or female, stating that it was unconstitutional as the legislation did not state its purpose clearly. The bill was approved last year, along with the passing of a ban on gender-affirming medical care for minors who are transgender. Republican Sen. Carl Gimm sponsored the law that Vanetta struck down, stating the regulations were necessary after a 2022 ruling that allowed transgender residents to change the gender on their birth certificates.
As a preacher and leader in bringing the truth of the Gospel to the younger generation, Founder and President of Alex McFarland Ministries, Dr. Alex McFarland is calling on state legislatures and leaders to bring the country’s legislation back to its biblical grassroots.
“By normalizing the ability to define ‘sex’ as more than just male and female, radical activists are indoctrinating today’s youth and turning them into weapons of personal and cultural destruction,” says McFarland. “Biologically, there are only two sexes — male and female. Science proves this. Yet somehow millions of people have been deceived into believing that someone can just erase the unique identity God has given them and choose something else entirely.
“Today’s young generations are being inundated with extreme anti-Christian ideologies, to the detriment of America. For a Christian nation such as America to have an entire generation baptized by sinful cultural iniquities is truly a tragedy.”
As the country draws near to the 2024 election, issues on the safety and protection of young children in regard to LGBTQ+ legislation remain an ongoing issue.
