Dr. Alex McFarland: Hollywood Will Be Hollywood But We Don’t Have to Subsidize Them
Hollywood has been in a tizzy since Attorney General William Barr announced in a letter to Congress that the Robert Mueller investigation “did not establish evidence that President Trump’s team or any associates of the Trump campaign had conspired with Russia to sway the 2016 election,” Fox News reported.
Fox also reported that several liberal celebrities were quick to run to Twitter to spew their views.
Religion and culture expert, national radio host and author Dr. Alex McFarland wasn’t surprised.
Liberal stars Alyssa Milano, Jon Cryer, Jim Carrey, Mia Farrow, Rosie O’Donnell, George Takei, Bette Midler, Don Cheadle, Sean Astin, John Cusack and many more posted anger- and sarcasm-laced sentiments after the news clearing Trump hit.
“The militant, socialist, treasonous Hollywood will regroup and continue its witch hunt because they support anything antithetical to the good of our nation and disagree with the trajectory of this country under President Trump,” McFarland said. “They hated President Trump long before this investigation that took many months and spent millions of dollars going down a road to nowhere. They hate him because he’s a constitutionalist, he believes in protecting life and upholds everything that makes America great.”
McFarland added that because there are so many powerful, well-done family films making their way to theaters, families should commit to no longer supporting this liberal industry that wants to tear down America.
“There are two ways to reach young people—sports and the arts,” McFarland said. “The hyper-left, hyper-socialist, anti-American bent of Hollywood wants to denigrate values and undermine the culture. I call on families everywhere to be vigilant to not spend their money on Hollywood. It’s time to boycott the insanity, especially as there are so many great entertainment options that uphold families and the values of this country. We must cut off the languages these celebrities speak, which are the languages of money and power, and stand against Hollywood.
“Hollywood will be Hollywood, but we don’t have to subsidize them.”
