Josh McDowell, Dr. Michael Brown, Kamal Saleem and More Part of Event Next Weekend at Nashville Area’s New Vision Baptist Church
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—The nation’s top voices for truth will gather at next weekend’s Truth for a New Generation conference from religion and culture expert and author Dr. Alex McFarland. The event is set for Sept. 14-15 at New Vision Baptist Church, 1750 North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, just outside Nashville.
“We hope that participants in this amazing conference will take away a renewed motivation and passion to change the culture through truth,” said McFarland. “Our culture teaches that there are no absolutes—gender is fluid, faith is pretend, marriage is obsolete, the Bible is a collection of stories. But those who are grounded in Christ know better. While that truth never wavers, we need tools here on Earth to defend that truth and stand up for the biblical beliefs we know to be true. The speakers at next weekend’s Truth for a New Generation conference near Nashville will equip attendees with those tools—at a time when we desperately need them, and in a culture that desperately needs Jesus.”
Joining McFarland in Tennessee are legendary apologist Josh McDowell, author and national radio host Dr. Michael Brown, faith investigator J. Admission to the Tennessee Truth for a New Generation event includes entrance to the conference and exhibits; admission for those under the age of 18 is free (parent or guardian must be present and registration is required).
