Biden nominee who put male trans rapist in women’s prison cannot say whether chromosomes determine biological sex

Dr. Alex McFarland: ‘By abandoning biblical foundations for political and cultural approval, the country’s legislation is creating their own man-made religion that has nothing to do with the one true God’

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Biden judicial nominees seem to have endless confusion about men and women; first, Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson couldn’t answer the question, “What is a woman?” because she is not a biologist. But there’s more; during a May 22 hearing, another Biden judicial nominee, Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn, flatly refused to answer whether chromosomes determine a person’s biological sex. Netburn said her lack of scientific knowledge left her unqualified to say XX chromosomes are female and XY chromosomes are male. Judge Netburn is responsible for moving a transgender male to a female prison after the inmate decided to identify as a woman. The move was executed despite the transgender male having already been convicted of raping two children, a teenage girl and a nine-year-old boy.

Founder and President of Alex McFarland Ministries Dr. Alex McFarland argues that Judge Netburn’s excuse for refusing to answer the basic question reveals more than anything a distressing inability to uphold the Constitution and its foundations in the Law of Nature and of Nature’s God in order to make herself an “activist” for transgender rights more than a dependable jurist.

“Is the Bible supposed to just get rid of the dozens of verses that mention ‘male’ and ‘female?’” asks McFarland. “By abandoning biblical foundations for political and cultural approval, the country is creating its own man-made religion that has nothing to do with the one true God.

“It is time for us to stop tolerating the woke agenda and start upholding God’s agenda. We have the Bible, and for those who admit it, we have medical science and human biology; the facts are irrefutable that XX is female and XY is male. We cannot claim ignorance and we cannot say we tolerate this nonsense. After all, tolerance is a manufactured, secular, socially manipulated and weakly constructed excuse for a sentiment. Tolerance is not a Christian virtue.”

Alex McFarland currently co-hosts Exploring the Word on the American Family Radio Network, airing daily on nearly 200 radio stations across the U.S. He is also the host of the “Alex McFarland Show,” which airs weekly on NRB TV and YouTube.
