Christians, continue in fervent prayer and don’t let up following the election, urges Dr. Alex McFarland

‘Even as President-elect Trump prepares to reenter the White House, forces of evil are plotting to spread more lies, trickery and hate’

GREENSBORO, N.C.  Most Republicans are still celebrating former President Donald Trump’s landslide victory over Kamala Harris in the recent presidential election, with many eagerly anticipating positive changes in the American government. Despite this momentary triumph, Christians cannot relax in their prayers — insiders are raising red flags about Democrat operatives now conspiring to undermine Trump’s tenure in office, with the loud voices of celebrities and belligerent media outlets routinely expressing their disapproval at the election results and threatening “resistance” to lawful Constitutional policies.

It is vital that Americans — especially Christian conservatives — remain vigilant even after the election results, according to youth, culture and religion expert Dr. Alex McFarland.

“We can’t rest — there’s still work to be done,” said McFarland. “It’s so typical for American Christians to accomplish a goal and then disappear back into the shadows. This victory, while monumental, is just the start. It is time for more prayer and discipline than ever before. Even as President-elect Trump prepares to reenter the White House, forces of evil are plotting to spread more lies, trickery and hate. In 1 Thessalonians, Paul urges believers to pray ‘without ceasing.’ Our prayer and supplication could not come at a more urgent time than this. Conservatives have been afforded the opportunity to make real change in this nation — we cannot squander this gift by sitting idly to the side.”

Alex McFarland currently co-hosts Exploring the Word on the American Family Radio Network, airing daily on nearly 200 radio stations across the U.S. He is also the host of the “Alex McFarland Show,” which airs weekly on NRB TV and YouTube. The “Alex McFarland Show” podcast is available here.
