Revolutionary Communists of America rally exhibits nation’s divide between secular and Christian America

‘America must return to its Judeo-Christian roots before activists like these burn down all that makes this country so special’

GREENSBORO, N.C. — On Sunday, July 28, the Revolutionary Communists of America (RCA) held their first Congress in Philadelphia, followed by a march around the city with hammers and sickle red flags to chants of “class warfare.” The RCA website describes the group as “a party of class fighters committed to the complete overthrow of capitalism,” which is code for Christian Western Civilization. The RCA, which is affiliated with the Revolutionary Communist International, is an organization active in at least 12 countries.

Communist organizations like the RCA are just one of the many groups cloaking a profoundly anti-Christian agenda in the guise of politics intended to shut down and silence all Gospel messages and to eliminate First Amendment protections for all Americans.

Youth, culture and religion expert Dr. Alex McFarland is urging Christians to ignore these left-wing messages from radical groups like RCA and vote for their values this election season.

“Do we want to continue preaching the Gospel in our own country? We are missing the point if we see organizations like this merely as political movements,” said McFarland. “Radicals like the ‘Revolutionary Communists of America’ are primarily anti-Christian; when they say, ‘abolish capitalism,’ they mean much more than changing economic systems. They are telling us they intend to burn the system to the ground and erase religion, specifically Christianity.

“This is why Christians have to make plans to vote this year. Not voting is consenting to your own hurt.”

In an effort to guide Christians on how to bring God and His biblical values to the voting booth, Dr. Alex McFarland and Alex McFarland Ministries are proud to provide Alex McFarland Ministries’ first-ever voter guide, “Faith & Freedom: Voting With A Biblical Worldview.”

“We must pray with fervor, especially for the direction of this country, and rediscover what desperate intercession really is,” says McFarland. “If we ever hope to see this nation return to its Christian roots, then we as believers must pray and fight for biblical ideals… including at the polls.”

Alex McFarland currently co-hosts Exploring the Word on the American Family Radio Network, airing daily on nearly 200 radio stations across the U.S. He is also the host of the “Alex McFarland Show,” which airs weekly on NRB TV and YouTube. The “Alex McFarland Show” podcast is available here.

McFarland and theologian Bert Harper, veteran cohosts of the nationally syndicated broadcast Exploring the Word, are proud to announce the launch of their latest book, “100 Bible Questions and Answers for Families.” A follow-up to their previous work, “100 Bible Questions and Answers,” this powerful new book promises to guide through some of the most common challenges and queries people have about God, the Bible, and Christian living.

Alex McFarland has authored or co-authored more than 20 books, including the newly released “100 Bible Questions & Answers for Families,” “10 Issues that Divide Christians,” “The God You Thought You Knew,” “10 Answers for Skeptics,” “10 Answers for Atheists,” “The 21 Toughest Questions Your Kids Will Ask About Christianity,” published by Focus on the Family, and more. He directs Biblical Worldview and teaches in the School of Practical Government for Charis Bible College, located in Woodland Park, CO.

McFarland is a frequent guest on Fox News and has been interviewed by other media outlets including Fox and Friends, Focus On The Family radio, NPR’s All Things Considered, The New York Times, The Washington Post, BBC, CBN, La Vie (France), and various news outlets including CBS, FOX, NBC, CSPAN, SRN, and the Associated Press (AP) wire service.
