Shouldn’t parents know when a child switches gender identity? SCOTUS says no

‘The moral rot and leftist agenda of the country’s elite leadership have led these people to think that it is ‘ok’ to take away parents’ rights’

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal about the Montgomery County Board’s policy to hide children’s “gender identity” from their parents. The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that because the parents who brought the case did not have children in “gender transition,” they did not have standing to bring the suit. A Fourth Circuit dissenting judge wrote that the majority’s opinion is “an unfortunate abdication of judicial duty with respect to a very important constitutional issue that is directly harming and will likely continue to harm the Parents in this case by usurping their constitutionally protected role.”

Founder and President of Alex McFarland Ministries Dr. Alex McFarland has dedicated his ministry to bringing the word and truth of God to America’s children through biblical truth and being committed to the proclamation, spread and defense of the Christian message.

“Who owns the children? The state? No, parents have the God-given duty to protect and raise their children,” says McFarland. “The moral rot and leftist agenda of the country’s elite leadership have led these people to think that it is ‘ok’ to take away parents’ rights.

“The Supreme Court once held that it was legal for mothers to kill their babies, and now it’s denied an appeal to a case that would recognize that mothers and fathers have the primary responsibility for their children. We must redouble our prayers for America and the Supreme Court of the United States; God created man and woman to protect His children. We ought to remain faithful to God’s word in order to keep children away from the immoral indoctrination entering their vulnerable souls.”

Alex McFarland currently co-hosts Exploring the Word on the American Family Radio Network, airing daily on nearly 200 radio stations across the U.S. He is also the host of the “Alex McFarland Show,” which airs weekly on NRB TV and YouTube.
