The surging Christian vote shows the world that acting on biblical thinking makes the difference for America, says Dr. Alex McFarland

‘This country was founded on biblical principles — it’s high time we not only acknowledge that fact, but also return to the Lord and seek His favor’

GREENSBORO, N.C. Americans flooded the polls for the recent presidential election, with one of the largest turnouts in recent history. As Republicans celebrate the reelection of former President Donald Trump, commentators are in awe of the wave of Christians that turned the tides in Trump’s favor. An overwhelming number of evangelicals reported that they voted for Trump, pushing him over the edge to victory.

The surging wave of Christian voters may truly reveal a national desire to return to the most basic biblical values, according to youth, culture and religion expert Dr. Alex McFarland. A highly sought-after public speaker and author, McFarland has been at the forefront of the fight to reintroduce Christianity back into American culture.

“Praise God my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ saw the urgency of this election and came out in full force to vote for biblical ideals. It is our prayer that the electrifying increase of Christian engagement is a clear sign that America is ready to return to her biblical roots,” said McFarland. “The major media and liberal extremists would like us to believe that everyone conforms to the progressive agenda, but the vast majority of America is ready to move beyond this ridiculous narrative and focus on the real work at hand: restoring this nation to her former glory. This country was founded on biblical principles — it’s high time we not only acknowledge that fact, but also return to the Lord and seek His favor instead of the fleeting approval of man.”

Alex McFarland currently co-hosts Exploring the Word on the American Family Radio Network, airing daily on nearly 200 radio stations across the U.S. He is also the host of the “Alex McFarland Show,” which airs weekly on NRB TV and YouTube. The “Alex McFarland Show” podcast is available here.

McFarland and theologian Bert Harper, veteran cohosts of the nationally syndicated broadcast Exploring the Word, are proud to announce the launch of their latest book, “100 Bible Questions and Answers for Families.” A follow-up to their previous work, “100 Bible Questions and Answers,” this powerful new book promises to guide through some of the most common challenges and queries people have about God, the Bible, and Christian living.
