COUNCE, Tenn. — Youth, culture and religion expert Dr. Alex McFarland is set to be a guest speaker at the upcoming AFA Pastor and Wife Fishbowl Retreat from October 28-30. The Fishbowl Retreat, long-known as a key event where pastors, spouses and leaders gather to refresh and regain momentum for the Gospel, is an annual event hosted by Bert and Jan Harper.
The featured 2025 speakers will be Dr. Alex McFarland and his wife, Angie McFarland, who will share their spiritual insights from 35 years of full-time ministry and a long-term mutually nurturing marriage.
