MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — This Thursday, May 1, all faiths are invited to join hands at the special observance for the National Day of Prayer in Myrtle Beach. Youth, culture and religion expert Dr. Alex McFarland and local leaders from all faiths will pray for the city, community, government, businesses, families, youth, health and education. All are invited to bring their lawn chairs, enjoy their neighbors and unite in prayer.

On May 4 in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, McFarland will speak with famed speaker Dinesh D’Souza on the state of American politics at the upcoming Alex McFarland Speaker Series. This series is designed for anyone eager to engage with pressing issues and navigate the complexities of modern thought using solid information and timeless wisdom. Christians will have the chance to reflect on the evolving dynamics of political leadership and learn to defeat the movements and social currents that encourage Christians to walk away from critical, well-informed thinking.
